There were strong feelings on the ice after the gold in Vargstad of Sweden.
Winning the cup after a panting seventh game is special and unique because it only happened three times in SHL history.
There are many heroes in Färjestad.
Many of them are visible to the outside world and you get many titles.
But many of them work in hidden and back offices – like Eric Wilderroth, better known as a monkey in social media, of the Seamore Hockey Lab and an expert in basic stats and various stats related to ice hockey.
Rikard Wallen’s first signing was at Färjestad last winter, and yesterday both Erik and Rikard stood with a gold medal around their necks at the Coop Arena.

There are so many emotions and they take the moment, which is great for all of us, and perhaps especially for boys. Luleå deserved to win too, but today we had the flow on our side and we deserved that flush. We also beat the table, Wallen says, second and third on our way to gold.
