Indrik, as he is simply called, is only 15 years old but has already made significant progress for the Palmira U-20 team and the Brazilian U-17 team.
It is now on the radar of almost all the top European clubs.
The two Spanish giants, Real Madrid and Barcelona, had announced their interest earlier, and recently Sport newspaper reported that Barcelona is currently “leading the search.”
But it wouldn’t be a cheap deal.
It costs 600 million
to me Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, Andric will sign a first-team contract with Palmeiras this summer when he turns 16. The Brazilian club wants to ensure they get plenty of money in a future sale, so the contract is said to contain a takeover clause. The equivalent of 600 million crowns.
Due to FIFA rules, Indrik will not be recruited until he is 16 and will then have to wait another two years before he can move to Europe.
