Monaco GP in F1 is not over yet. Ferrari file a protest against Red Bull.
It’s all about Ferrari believing that both Sergio Perez and Max Verstappen crossed the yellow line when they left the warehouse after their last stop. Therefore, the stable is filing a protest against Red Bull.
In the TV images, Max Verstappen was clearly very close to the yellow line, but at this angle it was hard to tell if he crossed that line and the judges did not launch any investigation either.
Now, however, they have to take up the matter as Ferrari lodged a protest against Red Bull in Monaco.
“We are disappointed at Ferrari as we believe the two Red Bull cars clearly violated the rules when they crossed the yellow line after stopping,” Ferrari stable team principal Mattia BInotto told Sky.
– I don’t think he was in doubt, but he was on the line and when I read the rules he crossed the line. The regulations state that you must stop to the right of the line, violating the rules when you touch the line.
Red Bull, on the other hand, does not believe that the thesis has violated any rules.

Red Bull protest
Charles Leclerc has now taken center stage in Monaco for two years in a row. However, he did not win. That’s seventeen accomplishments in and of itself.

Russell the top five – again
Mercedes George Russell finished fifth at the end. He is the only driver to score points in all races this year and has also been in the top five in every race this year. It is impressive.
