Charlotte Vogberg sick long-term – vaccine suspects

Charlotte Vogberg, 36, has not competed in eight months.

Now she’s revealing why.

The running star is ill long-term – and a vaccine is suspected to be the cause.

“What I could have done the day before, I’m doing in a week now,” she tells Radiosporten.

Ended October 9, 2021 Charlotte Vogberg Third place in the Stockholm Marathon in the respectable time 2.31.08.

Since then, she has not been seen in competition.

I wonder what happened?

So did Charlotte Vogberg.

“Very uncomfortable”

For Radiosporten, the national team runner and Olympic participant has now revealed that she no longer recognizes her body. She has been ill for more than six months.

– My body is so tired. I can’t recover properly and I can’t recover fully. I’ve also had other symptoms after the infection, such as dizziness, and I’ve had crystal disease on two occasions. It was very uncomfortable. I lay in bed and vomited. I couldn’t go to the toilet without my partner’s help, says Vogberg.

Worse after the second dose

You suspect the Covid vaccine is to blame.

Fougberg reacted strongly to the first dose and therefore chose to wait with the second dose until after the Stockholm Marathon, which was the last major competition of the 2021 season.

Once she took the second dose, the problems came back: high heart rate and night sweats for several weeks.

In February, I decided to cut back on training.

Did not help.

Not getting better but worse and worse. I really hope this gets released someday. Not funny. For now, it’s just about being able to get back to normal and recover, she says.
