Len Grant won the Scandinavian mixed team in Halmstad by a wide margin.

The 22-year-old from Helsingborg, one stroke ahead of Australia’s Jason Scrivener, quickly eliminated the tension.
Great start
After a great start where she was noted to be flying in five of the first six holes, the lead was up to eight full blows after ten holes.
– I didn’t even see him in slot 13 where the screen was. I thought I was driving by three or four strokes, and when I saw it was eight, I could breathe a little, Lyn Grant says with a smile at Viaplay.
She went on 64 strokes, eight strokes below par and won nine strokes ahead of Henrik Stenson. The Swedish star shared the second place with Mark Warren, Scotland.

Millions of prize money
Len Grant, who turned professional as recently as August last year, is rewarded with a price check of around SEK 3.3 million. She is the first woman to win a competition on the men’s European Tour.
After the final blow, Lynn warmly hugged Annika Sörenstam who hosted the competition with Henrik Stenson.
– What an effort. Sörenstam at Viaplay says I am very excited and happy for her.
Lynn Grant hopes a win will mean a boost to women’s golf. She then admitted that winning over the men was an extra carrot.
– naturally. That was the most important thing, she laughs.
– You feel good. All week I felt that the boys against the girls and the person who takes home the trophy represents the whole field.
