Peder Fredricson at the All in and Global Champions Tour in Stockholm

Peder Fredrickson won one Olympic gold and two Olympic silvers with the All-In.

Now the competitions in Stockholm will be a crucial step to see if the super horse will be able to prepare for the World Cup.

It’s a test to see if he has a chance or not, says Fredrickson.

Peder Fredrickson The All In horse has been one long success story. It was a European Championship gold, two individual Olympic silvers and a team gold from the Olympics in Tokyo last summer.

But it is now unclear if there will be more tournaments for the successful duo. In August, the Equestrian World Championships will be decided in Herning, Denmark, and Fredrikson is hoping to bring the 16-year-old with him.

– I really don’t know his condition. He’s on his way, Fredrickson says, but we know more after this weekend.

You may have another plan.

The Swedish veteran is present when the global elite gather at home in Stockholm for the World Champions Tour. The competitions will be a test to see if All In has time to finish the World Cup.

– If he’s in good shape, he’s a great horse. If he’s not in good shape, I might have another plan. It’s not just this competition that gets decided, but it’s evidence of how the format is going.

Fredrickson will jump with Catch Me Not during the first round of the team competition on Friday and then with the All in the Team competition on Saturday.

Lost first place

The former world playmaker hasn’t competed as much this season as before, but he is looking forward to this weekend’s competitions at Stockholm Stadium.

I worked hard to become the world number one and when I became one, I achieved that goal and spent more time with my kids and family. I’ve decided that before. I really wanted to be the world number one and then you have to work hard to become one. You have to prioritize a lot and you might have to opt out of the important stuff, says Fredrickson, and you can’t do that forever.

The Swedish star lost the first place to the Swiss Martin Fox. Henrik von Eckermann also died of his compatriot.

– I was perfectly fine. You can’t stay on top if you don’t compete every week in principle and put in a real effort. It was never my goal to stay number one. I was hoping “Henka” would take my place, but I think he will in the long run, says Fredrickson.
