The police checked all cars and hotel rooms in which employees and cyclists live. The team cooperated fully with the police and the investigation was completed two hours later. The second time in a week
The police visit is the second of its kind during the week. Before leaving for Denmark on Monday, police searched the homes of some cyclists in their home countries.
“Given recent investigations, the team believes that the timing of this investigation is specifically trying to damage the team’s reputation,” Bahrain Victorious wrote on its website at the time.
