The misery continues for Lovisa Lind.
Now she is suspected of selling a World Cup ticket.
– I don’t know when I will talk to Kajsa, she says after taking last place at the Bauhaus gala in Stockholm.
Lovisa Lind I managed to make it to the World Cup qualifiers on time already in September when I ran the 800m in 1:59.49 at the Diamond League gala in Brussels.
Despite this, she did not get a World Cup ticket.
Before the Bauhaus concert in Stockholm on Thursday night, the pressure was enormous. Union captain Kajsa Bergqvist more or less demanded an official notice, but nothing like that came.
Instead, Lind finished last at 2.03.22.
– It was somewhat the same feeling as in my last races. I felt fine while warming up, but I obviously had some shit on my body which bothered me, she says.

– I had an antibody test that day and I had a lot of antibodies. I contracted the virus in February but I don’t know if I’ve used a “light version” now. Anyway, that’s not true, she said.
Now it could be just like at the Olympics last year, when I was squeezed into high-profile forms.
– Before the season, I was planning to go to the World Cup, but yes, I understand that you have to do well …, she says.
When asked directly if she thought that was enough to secure a place in the World Cup, she replied:
– I don’t know.
When asked when she would talk to Kajsa Bergqvist, she answered the same question.
– I don’t know.
‘I was disappointed’
Bergqvist has indicated that she will have the final squad for the World Cup this weekend.
It remains to be seen if Lovisa Lindh is that part of it.
The World Cup was my goal this season, so yes, of course I would have been disappointed, but not on a personal level, she says.
– Should I go to the World Cup, it must be because I feel like I have something to do there. I’ve been to the World Cup before where I was immediately eliminated and I’m not interested in that.
Do you feel you have what it takes to go?
– Well I do not know. At the moment, it seems strange. It worked fine all year long, but now at last it was a little thing that bothered you. “I don’t think he’s going to stay all summer,” says Lovisa Lind.
