Is there a foreign interest

After a 2-0 win away from Helsingborg and another solid defense, Ekdal says:

– I know there is some interest here and there, but it may not be anything very concrete. I’ve decided with my agent that he will take care of this so I can focus on my work. I don’t find much.

How do you think about the interest that exists?

– It’s a valuable case of Boss (Anderson, Director of Sports). He knows where we are, Isaac and I. We’re two relatively young midfielders and, so to speak, we’ve done really well. It is normal for interests to appear a little here and there.

“I’m sure Boss and my agent (Martin Dahlin) are doing what works best for me,” Hjalmar Ekdal tells the media in the interview area at Olympia on Monday night.

Can you imagine actually leaving this summer?

Well, I think that would be a little hasty. Maybe I’d like to play the season at least.

Rakka message

– So, no, I don’t want to. I would definitely like to stay for the rest of the year, confirms Ikdal who has a contract that runs until last December 2024.

Is the top in Allsvenskan starting to narrow, those who can participate and fight for the Swedish gold will be lower?

– I can’t say it’s starting to split properly yet. It will even be all the way. Those who score two wins in a row will benefit from it. But on the whole, I think everyone will lose points against different teams, Ekdal says.

– But the longer it goes, the team will disappear here and there, but I think there will be more teams left in the end. I believe and hope we’ll be there.
