A little over a week ago, Sportbladet was able to reveal it Simon Gustafson Was about to return to BK Hacken. Now the deal has been confirmed by the club.
“There were many different things that came into play, but it’s basically just a good, positive feeling,” he says.
The 27-year-old left BK Häcken seven years ago for Feyenoord, where he played for two years before moving to Roda FC on loan.
After that, four years passed in Utrecht as his contract expired earlier this summer.
Now he signed for 3.5 years, over 2025, with Hisingsklubben.

In Häcken, he is reunited with his twin brother Samuel, who returned last summer.
– What is very exciting is that we spent a lot of the usual time, football time and football hours together. We are now separated and evolved in our individual ways.
