Now, the biggest star of athletics is in Eugene for the first USA World Cup.
And anxiously gnawing:
Does the public condemn him? Throwing tomatoes?
They were just daring.
If the American public here at Eugene were to get out of Mondo, they would be ashamed at all times to come.
I find it hard to see that happen, but I can understand that Mundo himself isn’t quite sure considering how often and for how long he comments on social media.

Sweden, on the other hand, is screaming for a World Cup medal and Duplantis almost comes up with a gold guarantee.
He’s the biggest favorite at the World Cup along with three paces from Venezuela’s Yulimar Rojas, who has already jumped home with a gold medal with the same ease that everyone expected.
He looked comfortable
It was great to see Mundo and his girlfriend Desiree Englander walk to the press conference on Wednesday.
Mundo relaxed as usual, without an iota of the pressure he felt as the favorite himself ahead of the Olympics in Tokyo last summer.
