On Thursday, 19-year-old Slovenian snowboarder Hana Maze Jamnik died after colliding with a truck on the Norwegian Strand.
In an emotional Instagram post, boyfriend Anzi Gross, 20, says goodbye.
“I long to meet you and hug you again”, he is writing.
Slovenian figure skater Hana Maze Jamnik collided with a truck on Thursday when she was snowboarding on the Norwegian Strand.
She was taken by helicopter to the hospital and later died of her injuries.

In an emotional Instagram post, her boyfriend, Anze Gros, says goodbye.
“We planned our lives together and we would stay together until the end. I will miss how we philosophize about skating and life in general in the evenings. I will miss your cookies that you baked for me. I will miss your hugs and our crazy jokes”he is writing.
Gross is himself a skier for the Slovenian national team, and has competed in the Junior Children’s Tournament, among other things. Last December, he made his World Cup debut in Dresden, Germany.

Hana Mazi Jamnik was one of the biggest talents in figure skating in Slovenia and was called up to the first team this season ahead of the World Championships at Planica 2023. She has competed in several junior world championships and also won a JVM gold in figure skating from 2021.
Charges were brought against the truck driver, but he denied any wrongdoing.
