According to reliable information in the media, the midfielder, who played all seven matches for Peru when the nation reached the semi-finals of the South American Championship, cost ten million crowns to be bought from Dutch club Emmen.
But the Peruvian did not get his full MFF record and did not become the successful signing the club had hoped for, despite playing most matches from the start when he was available.
