‘Biggest debate this year’
This season, the 20-year-old has been on loan from Malmo FFthe first center back spell.

– It was extra special and stressful, I have to be honest and say that. There was more discussion about this year than before. But I think that’s the coach’s decision.

For the next season, Eli is back in Malmö, who is currently only three points ahead of Mialbe.
I try to win every game for Mjällby and get us as high as possible in the table, even if we pass Malmö in the end or not. At the same time, I hope things go as well as possible for them, but for now I’m just focusing on Mjällby, he says.

– There are still many things I can do better myself, partly in duels over the head and in timing. Now I’ve been working for a few weeks with Ferran (Sabila), who shows the clips. He was very attentive to details and good at it.
