Selling the house to Haaland
Concha has been living in Marbella with his family for a few years, and after a few years as a successful real estate agent, he is now a partner at Homerun Brokers.
Mediation takes a lot of my time, so I’ll be driving sporadically until summer. He says I will participate in La Liga, the first division and the Champions League.
Through a brokerage career, the 42-year-old has done business with several athletes in the Spanish tourist resort.
Recently, the brokerage firm helped Norwegian star Erling Braut Haaland.
We were tasked with selling Erling’s home and also helping him buy his new home. We have done it with great success. He was satisfied and that was the most important thing. We have many other big sports names on our client registry as well. It’s always a good idea for sports stars to want to work with one of them.
Is it just business with Haaland or are you getting a different relationship through football?
– Obviously we got to know each other now that we’ve done some work. We have a few dinners now and then when he’s in Marbella and of course it’s better if you’re a footballer. We have many common interests.

Haaland, with his Manchester City side, got off to a great start in the Champions League when they lost Sevilla 4-0. Just City is the team Concha believes in the most during this year’s CL season.
– There is an incredibly good difference between them. But if City and Bayern Munich are on opposite sides, they may well meet in the final, says Concha, who may have the opportunity again in the spring to comment on Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
– I hope it’s a lot of fun. Either in the Champions League or in the League. I’ve commented on it a lot over the years. He concludes that we should hope he can quickly get back up and play again.
