Among other things, Le Parisien reported that Diallo had to google “How do you break a knee?” before the attack. She is said to have also researched how Mar made a “dangerous drug cocktail”.
According to information from Le Parisien, among others, it appears from the police investigation that Diallo sowed hatred and jealousy towards her former colleague El Hamraoui, and this is said to have motivated the planned attack.
