The accused player in Djurgården showed his teammate a movie

Several of his teammates testified against the player in Djurgården accused of rape, abusive photography and petty drug offences.

A teammate told his questioning that the accused player showed him a sex video two weeks before the suspected rape.

Last week, charges were brought against the man in his 20s who belongs to the soccer team in Djurgården.

The footballer has been suspended from games in Djurgården and has been in custody for a month, accused of rape, abusive photography and petty drug offences.

accused of rape

In the preliminary investigation protocol, it was established that the accused player met a woman on the same night that Djurgården lost 3-0 away to Degerfors.

The player and the woman, who had been seen several times before, were hanging out in the player’s apartment when the player had sex with the woman against her will. Upon interrogation, the woman said that the player hit her several times and told her to “shut up” when she cried.

The day after the suspected rape, the woman told her father what she had been through, and he urged her to file a police report.

The preliminary investigation report also showed that several of his colleagues and club representatives testified in the case.

In questioning, one of his teammates said that the accused player, who is also charged with seven counts of offensive filming, showed a video clip two weeks before the incident. In the video, the player recorded his intercourse with a woman.

The team member responded to the video and told the accused player that it was “okay” to shoot, to which the player replied that he would not do it again.

Another female colleague also allegedly overheard the accused player talking about filming sexual intercourse with a woman, even though she said no.

The player denies

The accused player claims that the woman accused of raping her allowed him to film sex scenes.

– If she had said no to me, why would I photograph her? She just said I shouldn’t have sent it to anyone else, he says in his interrogation.

However, the player maintains that he is innocent of both rape and abusive portrayals. It is believed that the woman accused of raping her wanted to “cause him problems”.

– I swear to God she lied in everything I told you. I hope what I tell you is true. If not, I hope to die in an hour, says the player.

While denying the rape and abusive portrayals, the player admitted in interrogation that a friend had given him something to treat his sleep problems and in this way he might have taken the drug tramadol.

The trial in Stockholm District Court begins on 9 November. One of the players questioned during the trial will also testify.
