So, of course, he got the chance to relive the memories of a lifetime when the Bruins faced the Pittsburgh Penguins in this year’s Winter Classic in front of 40,000 spectators at Fenway Park—the Boston Red Sox baseball team’s 110-year-old iconic home arena—and thanked them for their trust with a decisive cannonball game.

“I’ve dreamed of the opportunity to play outdoors ever since I watched the first Winter Classic matches on TV back home in Sweden and I’m so happy now,” Linus says in a TV interview after the final whistle.
– We were not satisfied with the way we played in the opening periods, but in the third stage we were much better, and it’s great that we were able to win in the end.
The only thing missing is that puck Linus himself tried to put an empty basket in the last minute, but even the best goaltender in the NHL can’t have it all…
