Mykhailo Mudryk utbytt I’m pausing to start

Two billion acquisitions since inception.

But Chelsea “only” got 0-0 at home against Fulham.

And Mykhailo Mudryk was already replaced in the second half.

Struggling Chelsea have signed 16 players at a total cost of £7.5billion this season, but despite this, results are lacking for Graham Potter’s men.

Injuries were one cause, lack of performance another.

In Friday’s London derby against Fulham, two of the latest billion-dollar signings – Mykhailo Modric and Enzo Fernandes – were given a chance from the start.

But the latter was having a hard night at work.

Substitution at break

After a poor first half in which the Ukrainian had no finishes, no tackles won, no chances created, zero successful dribbles and zero passes into the opponent’s penalty area, he was already substituted in the first half.

It is not clear at the time of writing whether this is some type of damage assessment.

It should be noted that Modric did not play football all winter. The last time I completed 90 minutes was on November 23. The weekend before last, he got 30 minutes of starts against Liverpool (0-0). Now he got his first start, which lasted only 45 minutes.

– Coach Graham Potter said he is still at a stage where he needs to build up the minutes, so we have to be careful.

James Buck

In addition to Mudryk’s unsuccessful start, we can say that Reece James has returned from injury. The right-back had to make do with barely 60 minutes of playing time before he was substituted.
