Now someone else is joining the crowd of potential buyers. Billionaire Elon Musk is reportedly about to make an offer to the club. Musk owns Twitter and co-founded both SpaceX and Tesla.
He hinted on Twitter about a deal
In August, the 51-year-old joked on Twitter that he would buy the club. While explaining to his followers that it was a joke, he hinted that Manchester United was the only club concerned in case the deal fell through in the future.
