Neva’s reaction to Fernandez’s interview
In an interview after losing 0-7 against Liverpool, Manchester United’s Bruno Fernandes was analytical without showing any great emotion.
Sportbladet expert Erik Niva did not like it.
– He can’t do that interview without apologizing, he says on Radio Fiplay.
Admittedly, Bruno Fernandes was visibly depressed when he lined up for an interview with Fiplay after the 0-7 humiliation at Anfield.
But in his answers he did not show much emotion and was more analytical in his answers. He spoke, among other things, of his satisfaction with the first half, that they lost form in the second half and that they could have done much better.
It’s not normal for Manchester United to lose like that to one of our worst rivals. But he says we have to move on and get back to our standards.

The lack of emotion in the interview was exactly what Sportbladet’s Eric Neva reacted to.
– First of all, he should apologize. He can’t do such an interview without an apology. So you don’t have to be one hundred percent rhetorical and know everything you have to say etc. Neva says on the broadcast and continues:

– Fernandez acts well and speaks well, but it’s impossible to go through that 0-7 interview without coming up with a clear nod or an apology.
Anchor Jennifer Kochukslan chimes in and thinks Fernandez might not offer quite the same amount of emotion when he’s being interviewed by Sweden’s Viaplay.
– Maybe that could be the case. He may say other things in other interviews. It’s not a big problem then. Plus, he says what he has to say as a professional soccer player about focus and going forward, says Niva.
