AIK won an away match against Modo, and tied the quarter-final series 1–1. But they had to fight for it.
With three minutes remaining in the second, the score was 1-1. Nicholas Halloran then scored on the power play, his second goal of the evening.
Just before the goal, Gnaget had the opportunity to take the lead with the same style of play, but failed. Scoring King Daniel Muzito Bagenda was not happy in the first half.
