Reveals: NHL stars want to play World Cup of Hockey with Tre Kronor
NHL star Elias Peterson agreed to play in the World Cup, and now all that remains is to solve the insurance issue.
Now Sportbladet can reveal that Rasmus Dahlin and Lucas Raymond are also approved for WC.

Last night Sportbladet was able to reveal that Vancouver star Elias Peterson, 24, will attend the tournament, if the Ice Hockey Association settles his costly insurance, which could end up being around three million kroner.
Peterson accounted for 102 points last season.
But Elias Peterson isn’t the only one who wanted to play in the toilet under Sam Hallam.
According to Sportbladet’s information, two other big names have agreed to the tournament, which is being decided in Tampere.
It involves Detroit forward Lucas Raymond, 21, and Buffalo featured Rasmus Dahlin.

Here too, there is an insurance issue that needs to be sorted out before everything is ready, but the Swedish Ice Hockey Association expects it to be closed.
The plan is for the superstar trio to join the Tre Kronor pool in Gothenburg on May 2, where the Czech hockey games will also be held.
Lucas Raymond had a successful first season in the NHL when he grabbed 57 points in 82 games.
This season there have been 45 matches in 74 matches.
Rasmus Dahlin became the first Swede after Mats Sundin to be selected first in the draft when Buffalo took him in 2018.
Dahlen is having the best season of his career behind him, earning, among other things, 73 points in 78 games. Dahlin has already been playing WC for a year, even then the tournament was decided in Tampere.
Tre Kronor’s World Cup kicks off on May 12 with a match against Germany.
