They won by defeating Djurgården with a score of 7-6
Two matches in Hovet – two losses for Djurgården.
After exploding on target on the third goal, Modo gained a great position in the SHL chase.
Djurgården goes into another knock against Modo after a slightly crazy finish, and has a tough starting position for the rest of the playoff series.
Early in the game, Djurgården’s Marcus Krüger left with a suspected injury. To the delight of the home fans, the center returned to the ice a few minutes later. However, Linus Arnesson had to retire at the end of the first when he hit his head on the edge of the box.
Modo dream mode
After a completely even score period (1–1), Modo managed to pull back in the second and led as far as 1–4.

But it’s not over yet.
Crazy ending
Nine minutes into the third minute, there were five (!) Goals, and the scoreboard showed 4-6.
When Mikkel Agård made it 4-7 with barely seven minutes remaining, many thought the match had slipped out of Djurgården’s hands.
That was not the case.
Linus Claassen achieved his second of the evening when he pushed in 5-7. The same Claassen completed his hat-trick two minutes from time.
The drama was in full when goalkeeper Mathieu Galagda left his box. But it wasn’t enough all the way. Modu held on and now lead 3-1 in matches ahead of Wednesday’s meeting in Örnsköldsvik.
