“Foppa” sold the luxury villa in his hometown of Örnsköldsvik – to 32-year-old Tampa Bay professional Victor Hedmann.
– Sold through a joint id of me and Victor. When he wanted to buy, Forsberg tells the paper, there wasn’t much for him to think about.
The most expensive sale this year
According to the ÖA, the price has fallen to SEK 20,490,000. It is also the most expensive home sale in Västernorrland this year. The house has an area of 391 sqm and has a plot of 9235 sqm.
Foppa talks about the sentiment surrounding the deal, which was completed earlier in June.
We’ve had many interesting years there. In recent years, however, there have not been many visits, so now it is appropriate to sell.

Earlier in May, news came that Peter Forsberg and Nicole Nordin had separated.
But selling the house has nothing to do with it.
