Johan Larsson is the new captain of Brinas, and returned to the club before last season after a long career in the NHL.
The contract with Brinas runs for three more seasons, and Sportbladet reported how this summer he rejected a huge offer from Linköping for four seasons with a monthly salary of just over 300,000 SEK.
In the pre-season, he played in the number one midfield position between American Jack Kobacka and Latvian Mix Endrassis.
