Alexander Geremjev has given his view on the incident.
On Wednesday, he did not want to comment on what he had written, but immediately after the match, he was keen to point out that he did not use the elbow, which referee Christopher Carlson was said to have informed the player immediately after the red card. However, Ola Toivonen himself said that he “didn’t hit me in the face or anything like that, but a hard blow in the chest.”
However, according to GP and Sportbladet information, Kristoffer Karlsson did not write in his referee report that the Häcken player used the elbow.
Can you confirm that?
– I’ve seen everything, but I have no comment on it. Jeremejeff says we can talk about it after the decision.
After seeing the referee’s report and giving your opinion, what are your hopes for lifting the ban or just one match?
– I have no hopes. I just described everything from my point of view, and we’ll see what they decide. I try not to put too much energy into it.
As it now appears, pending notification from the Swedish Football Association’s disciplinary committee, Alexander Geremjev will be suspended on Sunday against IFK Göteborg.
However, BK Häcken has not lost hope of lifting the suspension.
– We claim on the grounds that the red card is not reasonable and therefore there should be no consequences. That’s what we hope, the next best thing is for him to get a match, says BK Häcken’s sporting director, Martin Eriksson.
BK Häcken had plans for a spontaneous gold celebration on Monday, but Djurgården easily beat Sundsvall. On Sunday, Hisingslagen has everything in their hands.
How do you see the possibility of BK Häcken deciding an SM fight in Gamla Ullevi?
– It’s a dream state. The feeling about the games we played and we had to score is that we kept our identity and played our game. When it was most important, we had the backbone to do our job and if we got to the finish line we could stand tall and be proud no matter the outcome.

AIK Striker John Giditi told us you were in touch after “poo-gate” on Friends, how was it?
– calm down. For me it was nothing. The usual post-match bickering. Then it became a big deal…, uh, I let it go. I don’t even remember if I said the word poo or if I said they were dirty.
How do you see the effort and hype that surrounded you as a player in these recent matches?
– I don’t know, as long as the result is with us, that’s one thing. It was an unpleasant feeling in the Malmö game, but then we managed to win and then give a little attention. We took our points and played well in both games. If the score was different in terms of results, it would have been too much, but we won now and then it was just a matter of letting go.
If you win the gold, does it matter?
– That’s it, everyone probably thinks so.
