“For the past few minutes I haven’t felt anything,” he wrote on Instagram.

But today’s retired German lives a different life.
I’ve spent the last few days in the Czech Republic, where he faced, according to his own statement, the most difficult challenge of his life.
The highest point in the Czech Republic
On the third day, Schörrell, along with four other participants, accepted the Snowman Challenge by lifting a snow-covered mountain half-naked.
Only in boots, shorts, hats and gloves did they climb Sněžka, the highest point in the Czech Republic at 1,603 meters above sea level.
“Mentally and physically, this is the hardest thing I’ve ever done! The last few minutes I didn’t feel anything and I had to find something deep inside me to keep going! It’s an experience I’ll never forget!” -19 degrees, 100km/h face wind, Heavy snow and rain! What I’ve learned is that my body and I are stronger than I thought,” the former soccer star wrote on Instagram.
Swimming 66 meters under the ice
It’s the health guru Wim Hof, also called the Iceman, who is behind the way the body’s thermostat is controlled through breathing and willpower.
The 63-year-old Dutchman, who has almost three million followers on Instagram, is listed in 21 world records.
In the past, Wim Hof would, among other things, swim 66 meters under the ice and run a half-marathon barefoot over the Arctic Circle.
Won WC gold in 2014
It was in the summer of 2020 when Borussia Dortmund terminated his contract with 29-year-old Andre Schürrli.
The decision made the German decide on his feet to retire as a football player.
The 32-year-old was substituted in the World Cup final against Argentina in 2014 when Germany won the gold medal and also scored twice in the semi-final thrashing, 7-1, against Brazil.
In total, there have been 22 goals in 57 international matches.
Schürrle also has past clubs such as Chelsea, Bayer Leverkusen, Spartak Moscow, Fulham and Wolfsburg.
