A British police source tells the Daily Star that it was a sexual ban during this year’s World Cup for the first time ever.

Britain’s Daily Star writes that FIFA is warning that “there will be no exceptions”, which means there is growing concern that fans risk severe penalties for “doing acceptable everyday things during and after matches”.
