Djurgården finished with Lucas Bergvall and Theo Bergvall from BP.
According to Sportbladet’s info, the two brothers have now signed long-term contracts with Djurgården – and they are expected to be presented either on Friday or early next week.
Sporbladet was already able to reveal on 16 November that Djurgården had worked hard to sign BP’s great talent Lucas Bergvall.
At the time, the two parties had their first meeting and there was also a lot of talk at the time that the Blue Stripes would be successful in signing the player until 2023.
During the day Sportbladet also managed to find out that Djurgården had agreed with BP a transfer fee of around ten million kronor for Lukas Bergvall and that small details remained before the club finalized both the Bergvall brothers, with brother Theo, 18, also among them. Basically ready for the club.
The Bergvall brothers signed
Now both Theo and Lucas have signed for Djurgården and everything is ready. Lucas has signed a three-year contract and the pair are expected to be presented on Friday, instead at the beginning of next week.
Lukas Bergvall has scored a goal and an assist in Superettan for BP this year while brother Theo has made 16 appearances, a goal and an assist.
Lukas Bergvall is primarily seen as a central midfielder, while older brother Theo can play as a right-back as well.
The trio is expected to join soon
Earlier on Wednesday, Djurgården also completed the signing of striker Jakob Bergström, who will come in as the starting captain. He has previously represented Miyalebi.
Djurgården is also expected to present BP’s Wilmer Odefalk in the near future, with all parties verbally agreeing to the transfer.
