Brynä’s exit from the SHL was merciless, but amid the grief there was also warmth.

Look again, look closely, because this has to be one of spring’s cutest sporty looks.
Their names are Ruben and Rasmus Orenblum and they are cousins from Gävle.
One is eleven and the other is fifteen, but both have had stand-up seat season tickets since they were little kids. They’ve hopped on the bus for dozens of away games, and dashed off their ground ball drills to get into the Monitor ERP Arena.
Together they chanted for goals, saves, kills and boxing victories.
And when needed, Robin and Rasmus would comfort each other.
He wore a match shirt at school

Eleven-year-old Robin hugged Rasmus tightly. The fifteen-year-old pressed his cheek against his cousin.

– Yes.
The boys tell us they always stand by each other, and no results can change that. They remember the hug itself, though they had no idea at the time that it would be caught on television cameras and lead up to this conversation.
– It was very difficult then. Knowing that we got down to hockey allsvenskan. Rasmus Orenblum says you don’t feel good when things go wrong for the team.
Will you abandon the team now that there are matches in the second division?
