Frölunda is looking to have a great team in the SHL next season with new acquisitions Henrik Tömmernes, Carl Klingberg and Gustav Rydahl.
Henrik Tömmernes and Carl Klingberg are now officially introduced.
32-year-old right-winger Karl Klinberg has signed a two-year contract.
Already on January 2, Frölunda was able to announce that Henrik Tömmernes had signed a contract with Frölunda starting next season.
It’s also clear now that sharpshooter Carl Kellenberg will return after twelve seasons on the outside.
Frölunda wrote at the premiere: “Finally home!”
Many SHL clubs paid attention to him, but during these years abroad he did not hide how much his heart ached for the Gothenburg club.
– That’s a fantastically cool feeling. I listened honestly, but when I weighed what my heart and brain said, Frölunda weighed the most, says Carl Klingberg.

– Those who have seen me in the national team probably know what kind of players will bring home. He’s a more stable, experienced player with more upside, says Carl Klingberg.
Carl Kellenberg of Swiss Zug is the closest, while Henrik Tömmernes played for champion team Geneve-Servette.
Karl Kellenberg is close friends with both Henrik Tommernes and Christian Vollen.
– It’s fun to have friends on the team, but I needed something new and then Frölunda was the only option. There are only two clubs for me, says Karl Klingberg, Frolunda and Zug.
Before the next season, Frölunda also finished with Linus Öberg, Örebro, Max Lindroth, Färjestad, Isac Heens and Mora.
Sportbladet also revealed that Gustav Rydahl, who belongs to the New York Rangers, picked up rival Frölunda before returning to Färjestad.
There has been no word yet on the continuation of players Louis Ericsson, Petteri Lindbom and Anthony Greco.
