Defending champion Dackarna qualified for the semi-finals of the SM Speedway Finals after defeating the Indians in the quarter-finals.
Now the Lions are waiting in search of a new SM Final against Smederna.
The Ducks won their first quarter-final last week away to the Indians in Komla, 49-41. In the second leg at home in Malia, the victory numbers were even greater, 51-39, and the semi-final spot was never threatened.
It is followed by the Lion of Jeslavid, who qualified directly to the semi-finals by taking second place in the Speed League.
– It would be something worth getting into. We will do everything we can to reach the final, Danish team manager Mikael Terenberg told C More.
Rosbigarna of Halstavik had a 59-31 first quarter-final against Västervik. In Småland, there was a loss, 41-49, but Rospigarna still reached the semi-finals with a large margin of points on aggregate.
In the semi-finals after the quarter-finals, series winner Smederna from Eskilstuna chose Rosbigarna as the next opponent. Thus, the Lions team won the Danish in the semi-final draw.
The first semi-final matches will be played next Tuesday in Eskilstuna and Jeslaved, and return to Halstavik and Malilia a week later.
The Dane defeated Smeders in the final series last year and was awarded the SM Gold.
