Erling Braut Haaland for the special gift

Erling Braut Haaland, 22, has an impressive collection of watches.

He is now talking about his most precious hour.

– I’ll take it for the rest of my life, says Klokkepodden in Norwegian.

Norwegian target machine Erling Braut Haaland loves shoes and watches.

In recent years, he has displayed a series of precious watches on his left arm, and last fall he also signed a three-year cooperation agreement with the famous watch brand Breitling.

But there is a particular watch he owns that is even more special.

– I got a watch from my now dead agent. I got it when I won the ‘Golden Boy’ title, for the best under-20 player or something like that I think. I got a Patek 5712R in rose gold. It is a special watch to me, and one that I will have for the rest of my life. And I will always remember I got it from him when I won that day in 2020,” says Haaland of Norwegian Klokkepodden.

The value of the gift made by Mino Raiola, who passed away in April last year, is around SEK 260,000.

Rolex watch

In the podcast, the Norwegian tells that it was the family’s assistant and right-hand man, Ivar Egea, who sparked Haaland’s interest in the watches.

The 22-year-old also reveals another story, which was revealed when he was due to leave Dortmund this summer.

Then German newspaper Bild reported that the striker was going to give everyone in the club a fitting farewell gift, his Rolex watch, before saying goodbye.

– I wanted to give them a little extra attention, personally from me. So I gave them an hour, he says.

“great time”

On the back of each watch, Haaland had the word thank you engraved in German, followed by the name of the person who received it.

– I spent two and a half years in Dortmund in Germany, and I had a great time there. So I felt I wanted to return the favor, says Erling Haaland.
