Henrik Björklund, top scorer for Färjestad

And it was the successful acquisition of Henrik Björklund that showed the way with two new goals.
In-Form Brynäs shattered wins on the ice at home after the opening loss against Luleå, and nearly 7,000 spectators were hoping for three more pointers.
But Färjestad crushed all hopes and won 5-1 after, among other things, two new goals by Henrik Björklund.
Last season, it was Patrick Karlqvist who rose to the SHL and was successful after many years at Allsvenskan. The new Oskarshamn has 52 points.
Many had high expectations that Henrik Björklund, 32, in Färjestad, would make a similar trip, and that’s no doubt a start.
Against Brynäs, Färjestad, new possession from BIK Karlskoga, he scored the fourth and fifth goals of the season and is now up to 11 points in total in 12 matches.
If Björklund maintained the same forward scoring rate – and played all 52 games – he would score 44 points.
Increased right in the middle of the period
It was also the great right-handed shooter who gave Färjestad the lead already after 1.27 when he sent the puck out of the hole.
– In the castle it is good to stand clean and shoot, says Björklund to C More, satisfied with the first period:
– We’re intense, aggressive, and we’re getting back the pucks. Put them on and you have the hunger to get in there.
And it only took 37 seconds into the middle of the period before Henrik Björklund increased Färjestad’s lead to 4-1.
Brynäs dominated large parts of the middle of the period and fired 19 shots at Dennis Hildeby, among others, but it was Färjestad who scored the goals.
Victor Egdesel increased it to 5-1 on penalties and the match was more or less decisive.
