Allsvenskan clubs (men’s and women’s) have two votes each, and clubs in the Premier League and Elite League have one vote each. Utsiktens BK and Linköpings FC do not have voting rights due to late payment of annual fees.

If a candidate obtains an absolute majority (half of the votes plus one) in the first round of voting at the Confederation’s meeting on 25 March, he is elected as the new president of the Swedish Football Association.
If none of the candidates obtains an absolute majority, there will be a second round of voting in which the candidate with the most votes wins.
