Frölunda scored 3-0 against Rögle in a quarter of an hour – Rifalk was substituted

Frölunda suffered an early blow against Rögle

Frölunda scored three goals from five shots.

Rogel’s goalkeeper, Christopher Refalke, was then substituted less than a quarter of an hour later.

– It’s too weak on our side, says Anton Bengtsson, Rogel’s team leader.

Frölunda got off to a great start at home against Rögle when Linus Öberg scored to make it 1-0 after just 50 seconds.

After that, it was full speed ahead for the home team, who added less than five minutes later on the power play.

Henrik Tömmernes was tripped and Frölunda had to play five-on-three. It then took just a few seconds before Jiri Inala slotted the ball straight between Christopher Refalke’s legs for a 2-0 lead, assisted by Tomernes.

– I think Rifalk should have this, says TV4 Play expert Staffan Kronwall in the broadcast.

Backhand cross kick

But she wasn’t there.

With a quarter of the first half played, Carl Klingberg took the ball in front of goal and lofted a backhand effort against the crossbar.

That prompted Rogel coach Cam Abbott to replace Christopher Refalke, who conceded three goals on five shots for Peter Kavaca.

– He is beaten immediately and then expelled after expulsion. We work against the wind all the time, and it is much weaker than us, says Rögle’s Anton Bengtsson in a TV4 Play broadcast.

Made me laugh

Frölunda’s Karl Klingberg was asked how he maintains this as 3-0 is said to be the hardest to drive. The answer caused the studio to explode with laughter.
