Gustav Norlin explains his gestures

Gothenburg / Stockholm. Gustav Norlin has been behind IFK’s last four goals in Gothenburg.

Now he explains the success – and his sharp style of play.

I should be stupid on the field, says Norlin.

Two goals in the first half were enough. IFK Gothenburg Defeating Degerfors at home with a score of 2-0, Marcus Berg became an outstanding champion in the matches with his double hits.

At the same time, Gustav Norlin continued to provide points, as the 25-year-old provided assists for both goals. With that said, he was behind Blåvitt’s last four goals at Allsvenskan.

– Now it feels good. We find better flow and timing. It’s not just with McCann (Berg), but with the whole team. “If we can play like we did in the first half against Degerforce in a few games, it could be very good,” Norlin tells Sportbladet.

Where does chemistry come from?

– We’ve stood all day fucking in Kamratgården and rubbed. In the end, it gives something. We’ve been standing since June of last year and working on this, day in and day out, so now it’s giving a good result.

“He might turn his head down in a bucket of ice.”

In interviews, Norlin gives a calm and rational impression. But as soon as he enters the field, he likes to make gestures and start the audience.

– I realized it. I have to be dumb on the court to occupy myself, and then it’s good to be. Then when I get home, you have to push your head down into a bucket of ice so it’s calm, he says.

Did you create it or did someone else tell you?

– It’s mostly myself. Then it’s all about it that excites this with my playstyle. It’s a lot of aggression. When you win a throw-in, you can make an ugly gesture just to show that you actually lead.
