Loss against Skellefteå
HV71 can return to its home in Jönköping again.
Maybe that’s nice.
1-3 away to Skellefteå means this week’s Norrland run has resulted in three straight losses.
It certainly wasn’t the most enjoyable ride for the HV71. The team started in Örnsköldsvik on Tuesday, moved to Luleå on Thursday and finished with a match in Västerbotten on Saturday.
After three matches, the following results can be reached:
1–6 vs Modo.
2-5 against Luleå.
1–3 vs Skelleftea.

Against Skellefteå, it started in the first period where they were severely punished for playing in the box.
First, Max Lindholm scored on a rebound to make it 1-0. A late goal came when Johnny Ortio made a great save from Oscar Lindberg’s shot, but Lindholm easily headed home the rebound. A few minutes later, Richard Hague added his first goal of the season.
