Isabel Golden talks about her sister’s battle against cancer
She played a leading role on the club’s team, while the sister struggled battling aggressive cancer.
Now handball star Isabel Goldin talks about the mission, future priorities, how she has struggled with her performance and her sister’s illness.
– It was very difficult, you can not explain this situation when she calls and tells you … It was the worst I’ve been through, she says in an interview with SVT.
In early November, Bella’s two-year-old younger sister, Rebecca, developed cervical cancer.
– Aggressive and pervasive. It’s hard or rough you don’t really know how it will go (silence)… It has responded well to treatment so far. Hopefully it keeps going like this, but you never know. He is heavy. Goldin told Sportbladet at the time that handball means very little in such situations.
