400 m² villa in Nacka, with ten rooms, outdoor pool and lake view, sold by Skeppsholmen Sotheby’s International Realty.

– Haha, yes, I did, pictured.
Didn’t you go to the place yourself and look at it?
– Sana is incredibly good at it. We’re getting some help too so that would be great. We will thrive.
In addition to the above selling points, the luxury villa also has a wine cellar with a capacity of 1,700 bottles.
– This is not my strong point. We have to find a solution to that. But I think we can get help with that, too. We know some who love wine, says John Gedetti.
“I have to go to the bank”
The area is also new to the Gediti family, who have not lived in their homeland for a very long time.
– I’ve lived abroad most of my life. I have no idea anywhere here to be honest. But it could be wonderful.
