Leksand’s John Quinville pushed the referee in Lexand’s win over Växjö.
Mats Rosselli Olsen punched Burslund in the face.
Now both have been reported to the Swedish Ice Hockey Association’s disciplinary board.
The incident occurred when the referee blew his whistle and declared the first period between Vakshaw and Lexand to be over on Saturday evening.
Lexand’s John Quinville ended up in a verbal altercation with host player Brian Cooper at the same time as a referee tried to get Quinville, who then pushed the referee.
“At the end of the first period, I picked up John Quinville based on the fact that there was a situation before. That’s why I want to quickly get him off the track. I missed the exit closest to the LIF booth for their exit and started calling to direct him. Then he pushed my hand away and said he was going away,” he said. The judge comments.
After the incident, Queenville was reported to the Swedish Ice Hockey Association’s disciplinary board.
Frölunda’s Mats Rosselli Olsen has also been reported to the Disciplinary Board. At the end of the third period, he began a confrontation with Per Åslund of Färjestad.
SHL wrote in a commentary: “Russelli Olsen then grabs Aslund’s head and knees, with Russell Olsen slamming Aslund’s head down and delivering a massive blow to Oslund’s face, who has no way of protecting himself.”
Judgments are expected in both cases during Sunday.
