Jonathan Levy is about to be sold to Puskás Akadémia FC in Hungary

Jonathan Levy is about to be sold.

According to Sportbladet’s information, the midfielder is now in Hungary to visit Puskás Akadémia FC – who in principle already agree with IFK Norrköping on a price for the player.

Expressen wrote last week that Hungarian Puskás Akadémia FC submitted a request of interest to IFK Norrköping regarding Jonathan Levy. The midfielder has been open that he would rather be abroad, when both AIK and MFF were interested in the player. Hapoel Beersheba in Israel had also been interested in the 26-year-old Levy before, without it becoming a deal.

But now it looks like Levi will be sold after all. According to Sportbladet’s information, he is currently in Hungary visiting Puskás Akadémia FC from the town of Felcsút, located just outside Budapest.

He will get to know the club to see if he should sign. Nothing is ready or signed, but if Levy says yes, the clubs agree a framework for a deal, which would give IFK Norrköping six to seven million kroner in total.

You can leave for free within a year

Levy is only contracted until next year, so in order for Beijing to get the money for him, he needs to be sold in this window or the summer window. Levy could sign for a new club this summer and then leave for free when his contract expires on December 31, 2023.

Sportbladet unsuccessfully sought comment from IFK Norrköping’s sports director.
