Kosovare Aslani, 33, has been a star for the national team for many years.
Now she was named Midfielder of the Year.
– I have a solid year behind me, Aslani says.
Midfielder of the Year 2017 and Striker of the Year 2019. Now Kosovare Aslani is once again being praised for his efforts on the football field. The 33-year-old, who changed Real Madrid to Milan during the year, has once again been named midfielder of the year.
– It was a very intense and eventful year. Personally, I’ve enjoyed playing football during the year and I think I have a solid year behind me in both the club and national team, although in the national team we’ve been wanting to go all summer, says Aslani.
– But on an individual level, I think I am

How does it feel to win the Midfielder of the Year award?
– It’s obviously a good feeling and it’s always an honor to be commended, even if it’s an individual award. I think we have an incredible amount of skilled midfielders in Sweden so of course it’s nice to get the award.
She is happy to change club to AC Milan.
You entered Milan in a good way. I’m driven by new challenges, new ways of playing football, new leadership and everything that means with new football cultures,” she says.
