Lisa Dalqvist wants to annoy Magdalena Ericsson if Sweden plays a four-way defense against Switzerland.
The choice surprised Daniel Nanskog in studio SVT.
– I think (Natalie) Bjorn will add more in this match, says Dalqvist.
With less than a day left until Sweden’s second group stage match at the European Championships and at the SVT studio, expert Daniel Nanskoog knocked out the first 11 goals he wants to see against Switzerland.
Among other things, he wants to see a line of four defenders with Hannah Glass, Amanda Elstedt, Magdalena Erickson and Jonah Anderson.
Surprise: “Wow, wow”
Fellow Nannskogs Expert Lisa Dalkvist – who made more than a hundred international appearances for Sweden – did not agree.
– I think we should keep (Natalie) Bjorn in the starting line-up, says Dalkvist at Studio SVT.
– I think you lose the beautiful plays it has, to be able to score Seger, Angeldahl and Kosse. She has a much better foot than (Magdalena) Erickson, which I would remove in such cases.
Danielle Nanskoog responded with surprise to Lisa Dalkvist’s move.
– Excuse me. Nanskog says you took Magda out there!
– I do already. I don’t think it’s been at its highest level yet and I think Bjorn will add more in this match as you might have more ball and you can score centrally and simply have the best passing game from the bottom.
“good regardless”
Third expert Nella Fischer chose to remain neutral in the midfield debate.
– I feel like I might play a little more stable and be a bit passive at the start of eleven. But regardless of the start, it will be good.
