Who has been fined the most in Formula 1 2022? Ahead of the 2022 Formula 1 Belgium GP comes the list of the biggest culprits.
Some drive too fast, others wander in an unauthorized place, and the third cause an unnecessary accident. F1 drivers are like most people and before the Belgium GP in F1 2022 the drivers are once again back in the spotlight.
Who wins, who flops and who has to pay hefty fines because they fail to abide by the rules prevailing in F1?
Ahead of the 2022 Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix, it was revealed which drivers were fined the most in the first half of the season and there is someone who has to pay far more than the others – and a couple who have already managed to open a pocket.

Then there are drivers such as Mick Schumacher and Kevin Magnussen (both Haas), Nicholas Latifi (Williams), Lando Norris (McLaren), Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon (both in the Alpine region) who have not yet received any fines.
Among other things, drivers are fined when they drive too fast in potholes or don’t comply with FIA rules. For example, Sebastian Vettel has been fined around 50,000 crowns for illegal driving when he took a motorbike into the pit while practicing at the Australian Grand Prix and 250,000 crowns for leaving a driver’s meeting.

Michael Massey, the former F1 race leader, has taken a new job. According to information in various media outlets, he will become the head of V8 Supercars at home in Australia.
Ferrari Team Principal Mattia Binotto admits in an interview with Motorsport-Total.com that it is difficult every day as a Ferrari team principal.
It certainly hasn’t been an easy journey since I became the team manager in 2019 until today, he says.
We put 2020, which was a tough year, and 2021 behind us, but also this year, 2022, when we’re competing against the best, there are races when we don’t reach the car’s full potential. It’s never easy.
