New York. Adrian Kempe became the main character on the most exciting Wild West show of the latest NHL season so far last night.
He scored the decisive first and last goal when the Los Angeles Kings beat Minnesota 7-6.
– I think we deserved the win and now it doesn’t matter if the score is 1-0 or 7-6, says the Swedish champion.
At first, it looked like the California kings would score an easy victory at St. pee. Adrian Kempe He broke Marc-Andre Fleuri’s goal after four and a half minutes and in the middle of the opening period it was 3-0 for the visitors. Wild then lowered it twice again, but before the first half Alex Iafallo also managed to put a fourth disc on “Flower” – who was replaced by Swede Filip Gustavsson.

The rest of the match was six wild pieces. The Kings pulled out a few times, but led by Joel Erickson Eke, the home team kept coming back – and 7.32 for third, Sam Steele tied 6-6, with help from Jonas Prudden.
Half a minute later, Angermanland’s Kimbe responded with his second goal of the evening – and then the crazy event was already over.
If someone had said we were going to score seven goals, I would have jumped for joy. The fact that we are allowed to have sex at the same time does not seem ideal. I can’t explain what happened and I don’t think we’d win another match this year if we did. But coach Todd McClellan says I’m happy now.

Offensively, it was a really good effort from us. Defensively, there are things to work on, but I think we deserved to win tonight, and now it’s really important that it be 1-0 or 7-1.
‘Like a silly little team’
For Wild – a team that is supposed to be the best – the numbers, on the other hand, matter a lot. This was the second consecutive game, out of two possible goals, conceded seven goals.
– I do not know what to say. Sometimes we play like a silly junior team defensively. We have to stress, Mats Zuccarello sighs.
As an added salt in the wounds, Kevin Villala – who left the wilderness for the Kings this summer – scored goals and assists.
