KARLSTAD. Brendan Scheinnemann missed the most open goal cage in the Sweden Championship Finals series.
The Canadian was as usual the center of attention and several times instigated gestures towards rival fans.
– He was such a fan of mine that I called, perhaps, I don’t know, says the 31-year-old striker.
He was 2-0 up in the second half that Brendan Shinemin I got a completely open target.
The puck rebounded the ball and took over the post from the inside of a completely overrated Dominic Firch.
– The disc was spun a lot and got more spin from my hit. He could have changed the match, who knows. It was frustrating, but it is what it is. It was important to keep trying to focus, says Brendan Shenemen.

Several times in connection with the match, he made gestures against Färjestad’s heel on the short side.
When they bowed to him, he responded with gestures that they would shout more.
– He was such a fan of mine that you called, I probably don’t know. I don’t intend to comment much on that. The goal was to encourage our supporters to continue to speak out and support us, says Brendan Schneemen.

Lulea now has his seventh game and a decisive match against Färjestad at home on Thursday night.
Our fans have been great all season, so we’re really looking forward to playing one last game there. We’ve played an entire season to get that advantage at home, and that’s probably the difference. We’re going to take advantage of this feature,” says Brendan Schneemen.
How do you want to compare the home support you get in Lulea versus the crowd pressure found in Karlstad?
– They have a bigger arena, but our last home game was absolutely crazy. It’s the loudest sound I’ve ever heard in a hockey arena. I’m sure it’s going to get even crazier on Thursday.
“I got what they wanted”
This will be the first time he has played a seventh game in a major context.
– This is the kind of game you play hockey for. Seven match and a chance to win the championship. This was what everyone wanted. C More, shl, ala. Now they have what they want. It will be really fun. We’ll just sit back and enjoy the moment,” says Brendan Shenemen.
3-1 for Färjestad in Game Six meant that all matches in the SM Final Series ended with home wins.
