Game. On Tuesday night Färjestad defeated the best home team of the series Leksand.
The big hero of the match was defender Max Lindroth who scored 3-2 in the last period.
This was the second time Max scored the decisive goal in the game in the SHL and both times Leksand took the side of the opponent.
Färjestad had a formidable task ahead on Tuesday night, the strongest home team in the SHL in Leksands IF, who won eight out of the 11 games played at the Tegera Arena.
But looking at the start of the game, Leksand didn’t act like a big team on home ice. Victor Edsel made sure Färjestad could score 0-1 after 5.32 and after 09.57 the guests scored 0-2 with a powerful direct shot from Michael Lindqvist.
However, Leksand responded to Färjestad’s shock, despite the fact that the team’s performance still had an odd demeanor and that the powder was very wet in playing form.
