Nanase secured Rydstrom’s first win in the race

Henrik Rydström won his first competitive match as MFF coach.

Sebastian Nanase secured victory over Skovde with a goal and an assist.

“We have incredible control of the whole match,” says Rydstrom V.C. Moore.

Sebastian Nanase had a successful loan spell under Henrik Rydström’s management at Kalmar during the fall season.

On Sunday afternoon, they were both champions when Malmö FF beat Skovde 2-0 in the opening match of the Swedish Cup.

Become the champion of the match

1-0 came in the 11th minute through Isaac Casey Thelin after Nanase had found his way in with a shot. The attacker took the ball to his chest and finished off peacefully.

Five minutes later, Nanase was on the move again when he received the ball from Anders Christiansen on the left. The quarterback stepped forward, broke the ball, and finished clear in the first corner to make it 2-0.

– It feels great, it didn’t get really clicked during the pre-season, I didn’t really get the ball in the goal. So, of course, it’s very nice to score a goal and assist, says the scorer on C. Moore’s broadcast.

Red card – after payment

The match was a chaotic story with hard play.

A total of seven warnings were given, one of which was for Skövde coach Tobias Linderoth to speak.

And in the 78th minute, the matter spread to the Skovde midfielder Hambus Söderström, who pushed the returning Malmö player Anton Tennerholm with straight arms and received a red card.
